Product characteristics
Bearing nuts make it possible to set the bearings axially on a shaft or on adapter sleeves. They are also used to remove bearings from withdrawal sleeves. Nuts up to size 40 and having metric threads are designated as KM. Above the size 40 the bearing nuts are marked HM and have a trapezoidal thread. Nuts have four or eight notches on the perimeter and their dimensions comply with DIN 981 and ISO 2982-2.
